To ensure your FormFitting garment fits and sculpts your body flawlessly, accurate measurements are essential.Using a soft measuring tape, carefully follow the diagram below and record each required measurement. The tape should sit snug against your body without pulling too tight. For best results, measure over bare skin or light clothing.Precision is key to achieving the perfect balance of structure, support, and contour.

For additional guidance, we’ve included a short video demonstrating how our models take their measurements step by step.

FULL BUST

Above Bust Contour : Measure around the upper chest, above the fullest part of the bust. The measuring tape should pass under the arms and across the upper back while your arms remain relaxed at your sides. This measurement helps ensure proper support and compression in garments with straps or upper-body structure.

Under Bust Contour : Place the measuring tape directly under the bust around the ribcage. Keep the tape straight and level across the back. This measurement is essential for sculpt garments that include built-in bras or structured upper compression.

WAIST CONTOUR

Measure around your natural waistline, which is typically the smallest part of your torso and usually sits one to two inches above the belly button. Relax your stomach and breathe normally while taking this measurement. The waist contour is one of the most important measurements when selecting your FormFitting size.

HIP CONTOUR

Wrap the measuring tape around the fullest part of your hips and buttocks. Keep your feet together and ensure the tape remains parallel to the floor. This measurement ensures smooth shaping without excessive tightness or discomfort.

GROIN CONTOUR

Should be at the top of 1 leg, right under the buttocks and under the vaginal area

MID OR KNEE LENGHT | MID OR KNEE CONTOUR

Mid or Knee Length : Start at the point just below the crotch area, at the inner top of the leg. The measurement should be taken from the crotch down to your desired length—whether mid-thigh or knee-length.

Mid or Knee Contour : Wrap the measuring tape around the middle of the thigh or just above the knee, depending on your garment selection. Keep the leg relaxed for the most accurate measurement.

CHEST LENGHT

It should extend down to the underbust, sitting precisely at the point just below the breasts—right where the natural crease forms at the base

BACK LENGHT

Measure from the base of the neck at the center of the back straight down along the spine to the natural waist. This ensures smooth back compression and comfort.

FRONT & BACK MEASURMENTS
ARM CONTOUR

Measurement from the shoulder down along the back to where the buttocks begin. This measurement should be taken on one side of the back, over a single glute, as shown in the image
